About the Book
This book is a visual attempt to rediscover lost or neglected urban symbols which comprise a city’s identity; recording impressions while emphasizing similarities as well as differences in the global urban community. I do this from a specific vantage point, somewhere between art and science which allows me to both decipher the urban language ‘spoken’ by the city and observe universal urban connections.
